Paratime Historia Brooch

Paratime Historia Brooch was made for the CHAOS exhibition at Alliages Gallery in Lille, France. The motif for this piece was to make jewellery based on the theory of chaos. “In reality however, every ego, so far from being a unity is in the highest degree a manifold world, a constellated heaven, a chaos of forms, of states and stages, of inheritances and potentialities. A very small change in one state can result in large differences in a later state. In a metaphorical example, a tornado (its time of formation an path) is being influenced by something as minor as the flapping of the wings of a distant butterfly several weeks earlier. If you change the settings, you get a significantly different outcome. In our expectations, the world should be comprehensible and everything should happen for a reason. But by making good choices, doing the right thing we thicken the stack of universes in which versions of us live reasonable lives. Butterfly Reality Predictability is limited. Nature itself defies expectations and comprehensibility. Driven by my desire, I allow my intuition to lead and guide my hands when I’m working. I’m interested in unexpectable wild scenes of universe. Discovering the unknown world of my fantasy, curiously awaiting a reaction of the outer space, looking forward to change the world around me. Every little stone that I set, every little splash of colour that I make, influences the mood, the feelings and the thoughts of person looking at it. This being then affects its own environment. The environment is growing as we all are connected at least for a second. We are sending signals of colorful tones swinging over the seas, blue roads and red shadows, to the orchestra of galaxies. An unexpected eruption, a taste explosion, a fabulous naked miracle of surprise is the true colour of orgiastic blossom.
