Description
The recently completed brooch titled Lotos Aura evokes a lotus flower floating on the water. Titanium with its silky finish and 18kt gold plated silver parts, it ensures a particularly luxurious appearance. Directly inspired by nature, the Lotos carries strength through its symbol and shape. It reminds of a precious flower thrown into water. Anodized titanium makes the surface alive depending on the angle you are looking at it. In the middle, a precious gem Girasol is set in gold plated silver. I’ve designed the back of the brooch like a round leaf, on which the flower sits. The design further gives viewers the sense of movement on the water, pulled back and forth – a solid bottom does not exist. The flower is riveted to the leaf and the individual petals are movable.
This jewelry shows how I see the real, or even the unreal. Lotus is a precious flower symbolizing growth, purity, new beginnings and re-birth. All beautiful Lotus flowers rise from the mud without stains. Fully grounded in the earth, aiming high towards the divine, ever blooming from within into the light.

For me, to create jewelry, is to make the inner world visible. Colors and forms of biological organisms transformed in the mind and through the hands. Amidst the chaos, there is harmony. Millions of fascinating species depend on each other. Some of them fall into oblivion. I want to protect and cherish the natural world. Nature itself defies expectations and comprehensibility.
INNERVERSE
We feel what the Earth feels and the Earth feels what we feel. During the creative process, I dive into its heart. I break through the bedrock. I recognize its structure, particles connect in front my eyes, like a network of nerve fibers. Inhale – Exhale. The creative process is meditation. Intuitive sorting of material and colors. I Draw new energy and inspiration from silence.
