This Jewellery Medusa Object consist of three materials: pearl, amber and silver, whereby silver is the connection between pearl and amber. This piece is a small object that can be seen as a jewellery for your room. I´m interested in interaction between living and non-living elements and systems. The transformation is about the symbiosis of these two systems. These nature creations also transform our human being, our inner life and our soul. In Medusa Object, I was inspired by natural amber and biological forms. I have transformed forms of animals into jewelry. Amber is abundance for me. Its rich golden color, the smoothness and the feeling that it gives, makes the jewelry special. Translucent bodies and pieces of this preciousness tempt our senses. Natural metamorphosis enchants me, like transformation of tree resin into a healing stone. A precious gold-colored tear of God seeping from the inside of a nature organism encloses everything what’s on its way. Insects and worms haven’t found a way out. And amber has found a way into jewelry. Inspired by my desire for nature, hidden connections come out in the sun. Wild scenes in the night of the universe like beauty of a discovery. Riding fast on the blue road ardent movement of a shape. Red shadows follow us, crystallize and grow on a body. An orchestra of galaxies sending signals of colorful tones swinging over the sea and breach the water surface without splash.
