Cosmic Rhythm Ring stand out for its unique and harmonic form in contrast with the transparency of the rock crystal. It is colorful, special and modern. From blue, green and purple to the copper colour of the inside of the band. Cosmic rhythm ring is easy to wear and to combine. Transparent rock crystal is cut in Dandelion cut, which is half sphere with small round facets on the crown side and diamond cut at the pavilion side. The ring has a double bronze band and a bronze upper part with a stone setting. The ring has a green patina and micro-granules between the two bands.
Rock crystal is a transparent, colorless, very common variety of quartz. It was often used for hardstone carvings. The word “quartz” comes probably from German “Quarz”, or from the Saxon word “Querklufterz” which means cross-vein ore. Quartz is the most common material identified as the mystical substance maban in Australian Aboriginal mythology. It is found regularly in passage tomb cemeteries in Europe in a burial context, such as Newgrange or Carrowmore in Ireland. The Irish word for quartz is grianchloch, which means ‘sunstone’. Quartz was also used in Prehistoric Ireland, as well as many other countries, for stone tools; both vein quartz and rock crystal were knapped as part of the lithic technology of the prehistoric peoples.
